Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Huntington, IN for a Part-Time role. You will deliver patient care, lead clinical procedures, and collaborate with Store Manager to maintain a safe, efficient eyecare environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required and current Optometric practices knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and time management for patient flow and care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care per NECE and clinical protocols.
• Greets patients and assists with inquiries and scheduling.
• Ensures accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Maintains Doctor/Patient relationship and patient satisfaction.
• Coaches Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits charts.
• Adheres to safety, HIPAA, and Loss Prevention guidelines.
