Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care and lead NECE execution. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment that supports growth.

Responsibilities include coaching staff on clinical protocols, ensuring accurate diagnoses, and fostering strong doctor-patient relationships while driving patient outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per clinical protocols and standards.
• greet patients and answer phones when needed to ensure service.
• Ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
• Build a positive doctor-patient relationship.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure a seamless eyecare experience.
• Lead training on front desk, pre-testing, lens fitting and care.
