Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA seeks an Operations Specialist for a 20-hour, partially-benefited position within Continuing Education. The role coordinates learner enrollments, registrations, vendor relationships, and program records while supporting customers and internal staff.

You will manage enrollment processes, payments, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring accurate records across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to two years of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience.
• Some college coursework or an associate degree in business, office administration, or a related field.
• Experience with data entry, document tracking, or similar processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the daily administrative and operational activities of online, professional education, and third-party programs.
• Manage the full learner enrollment process, including registration, payments, refunds, invoicing, program access, progress, extensions, and completion.
• Administer military-funded and other sponsored enrollments, including documentation, portal functions, billing, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate relationships and operational activities with program vendors, partners, and internal departments.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate program, course, learner, organizational, vendor, and financial records across systems.
• Monitor program performance and prepare enrollment, completion, revenue, CEU, and other operational reports while resolving discrepancies.
• Provide customer service and operational support for learners, partners, and professional development programs.
