Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in Kentucky. You will help drive store execution, performance and customer service while supporting the Store Manager and leading a store crew.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability to a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, and a focus on payroll, inventory, staffing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
