Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

You will handle customer service, merchandising, and staff coaching to promote a positive CVS shopping experience. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule and weekly hours around 20.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in manager's absence and supervise the store crew.
• Lead the store team and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed on time and accurately.
• Provide colleagues with customer service feedback and coaching to improve performance.
