CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support store leadership, drive execution, inventory, staffing and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy location. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, financial oversight and a culture of service excellence.

The position requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills essential for success.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
