• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• 1) Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of all activities; communicate with management and crews.
• 2) Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy; maintain confidentiality.
• 3) Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays and inventory; manage off-shelf items and reset departments per planograms.
