Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service under the Store Manager's supervision. You will lead a store team, manage sales, inventory, staffing and development, and oversee financial performance with a focus on service.

The role requires a full-time schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
