CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will support the Store Manager in leading store operations, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to help improve health outcomes for customers and communities.

The role focuses on team leadership, policy execution, sales and inventory control, staffing, and financial management in a full-time capacity, with a schedule that may include early mornings, overnights and weekends.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
