Job summary

Sky Zone Ravensworth, VA is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. This role rotates through areas and acts as Manager on Duty when leaders are away.

You’ll drive guest experiences, coach teammates, ensure safety, and help run shift decisions with energy and accountability. Weekend and evening availability is expected, with a base compensation of $17–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead by example on guest experience and safety.
• Oversee programs, cafe, front desk, events as needed.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
