Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate in Tampa to help keep store operations smooth and elevate the client experience. You will manage inventory, assist with client deliveries, and support back-of-house tasks while upholding brand standards.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure accuracy in stock, processing, and adherence to policies, enabling efficient daily operations and excellent service in a retail environment.

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory lifecycle including organization, counts, adjustments and transfers.
• Prepare and package client merchandise and manage deliveries and tracking.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and overall store appearance.
• Assist with budget adherence and cash/credit policies.
• Coordinate repairs, alterations and aftersales services as needed.
