Job summary

WarehouseQuote is seeking an Operations Specialist to support service operations in a part-time role. You will assist coordinators, enter and close orders, and ensure accurate data across the WarehouseQuote Portal and other systems.

The role requires independent work and timely communication with the Team Lead. Primary tasks include prioritizing client requests, maintaining data integrity, and following SOPs to support multiple customers while using Excel and third-party portals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to understand navigate and execute data entry within various systems WarehouseQuote Portal Microsoft Excel and 3rd party portals.
• Ability to balance requests and SOPs for multiple clients directed by the Account Manager.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Operations Coordinators in daily operational tasks.
• Connect with Team Lead at start of shift to confirm daily tasks.
• Enter orders and close them; perform task-based activities as needed.
• Communicate outstanding tasks to Team Lead at end of shift.
• Ensure data entry is accurate and submitted timely to internal & external stakeholders.
• Relay exceptions regarding operational tasks to Team Lead.
