Job summary

WarehouseQuote is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in a part-time role. The position focuses on daily data entry, order processing, and coordinating with Service Operations Coordinators to keep tasks on track.

You will use WarehouseQuote Portal, Excel, and other systems, balance client requests, and communicate shifts and exceptions to the Team Lead. Independent work and problem-solving will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must understand, navigate and execute data entry across multiple systems.
• Ability to balance client requests with SOPs for several accounts.
• Self-sufficient and able to solve problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Operations Coordinators with daily operational tasks.
• Start of shift: confirm daily tasks with Team Lead.
• Enter orders and support order closure activities.
• End of shift: communicate outstanding tasks to Team Lead.
• Ensure accurate data entry for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate exceptions regarding tasks to Team Lead.
