The position requires ensuring accurate medical records, coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges, and maintaining smooth unit operations. Part-time 24 hours weekly with day shifts will involve 12-hour shifts and periodic weekend/holiday

Qualifications

• Bed management, patient flow coordination within Labor and Delivery.
• Administrative support for nursing, case management, and clinicians.
• Accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, discharges, and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers; monitor bed availability.
• Support nurses, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams; assist with rounds and staffing.
• Facilitate timely communication among patients, families, staff, and departments.
