• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, bed assignments and transport.
• Act as central communication hub for nurses, physicians and staff; provide shift handoffs.
• Accurately use hospital systems and maintain patient records, logs, and discharge docs.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and unit projects to support operations.
• Maintain inventories, restock supplies, and ensure logs are up to date.
• Greet patients and families and initiate emergency procedures when needed.
