You’ll manage every aspect of lottery ticket orders and redemptions, ensuring accuracy from start to finish and keeping systems up to date. Responsibilities include updating order statuses in real-time, organizing workflows to meet daily goals, and maintaining printing and scanning equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs.
