Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate (Part Time) in Beverly Hills, CA to support daily store operations, inventory control, and customer experience. You will help maintain brand standards, execute visual merchandising, and ensure efficient back-of-house processes.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment, strong multitasking, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track inventory accurately and process inbound shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks including transfers, shipments, and omni-channel order processing.
• Process shipments: receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging and organizing in back of house.
• Assist with markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets for maintenance and organization.
• Organize store supplies and back-of-house presentation.
• Prepare customer fitting rooms and assist with purchases according to brand standards.
• Replenish sales floor to maintain brand visuals and stock levels.
• Support visual merchandising when new products arrive and during sell-through.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins as directed.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and prevent shrinkage.
• Uphold attendance policies and professional work environment.
• Reflect Reformation values in all efforts.
