Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate in Tampa to help keep store operations smooth and elevate the client experience. You will manage inventory, assist with client deliveries, and support back-of-house tasks while upholding brand standards.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure accuracy in stock, processing, and adherence to policies, enabling efficient daily operations and excellent service in a retail environment.

Summary

The Part Time Operations Associate supports back-of-house efficiency at the Tampa boutique, ensuring seamless store operations and an elevated client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, this role manages inventory lifecycle tasks, assists with client delivery and aftersales coordination, and helps maintain store facilities and systems while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory lifecycle activities including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving.
• Prepare and package client merchandise and manage client deliveries, communications, and tracking.
• Assist with maintenance and organization of back-of-house areas and overall store appearance.
• Support financial and policy adherence by assisting with budget tasks and enforcing cash/credit card policies.
• Facilitate repairs and alterations, coordinate aftersales services, and maintain supplies for in-store repairs.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong inventory and stock management skills.
• Process-driven and compliant, able to follow and enforce operational policies and internal controls.
• Proactive problem-solver capable of troubleshooting delivery and facility issues.
