Job summary

2BGlass is seeking a reliable Order Fulfillment & Studio Assistant to support online orders, inventory, seasonal events, and day-to-day studio operations. You will pick, pack, label, and ship orders with care, maintain displays, greet guests, and assist customers.

This role blends hands-on fulfillment with studio tasks and event preparation, collaborating with the Creative Director to ensure orders arrive accurately and beautifully while keeping the shop organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or studio operations.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, especially with fragile products.
• Able to work efficiently without sacrificing care, quality, or presentation.
• Calm, organized, and capable of adjusting to changing priorities.
• Strong time-management skills across multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, steady, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable learning Google Workspace, Excel, Shopify, Etsy, Square, and UPS shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Inventory — Pick, pack, label, and ship online and in-store orders with accuracy and presentation.
• Review orders for correct products, quantities, packaging, and shipping information.
• Perform final quality control before products are sold or shipped.
• Prepare products by signing, tagging, labeling, barcoding, and assembling charms and packaging elements.
• Sort, count, organize, and stage finished products for inventory, display, events, and fulfillment.
• Receive incoming inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor packaging, shipping, office, and event supplies; reorder as needed.
• Help improve fulfillment and inventory systems to reduce mistakes and delays.
• Assist with UPS pickups, shipping issues, returns, and damaged-package claims.
• Studio, Retail & Customer Support — Maintain clean, stocked areas; assist customers and answer questions.
• Greet studio guests, complete purchases, and provide warm service.
• Support product launches, inventory counts, and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for a friendly shop dog.
• Event Support — Participate in seasonal events, prep, packing, transport, setup, teardown.
• Support checkout, inventory replenishment, and crowd flow during events.
• Keep event displays polished, stocked, and organized during the day.
• Creative Director & General Studio — Prioritize fulfillment, inventory, event, and studio projects.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and growth initiatives.
• Complete errands and light digital communication as needed.
• Contribute to studio cleaning and upkeep; tend to plants and visuals.
