Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Representative to assist with pCare Services at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. You will support the maintenance of hospital technologies and provide front-line service to patients and staff, ensuring high-quality experiences and reliable operations.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work 12:00 pm–5:00 pm across five days, and the flexibility to travel between hospital locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination.
• Customer service experience 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
