Qualifications

• Experience in operations, client services, high-volume support or call centers.
• Comfort navigating databases, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with social services, community programs, or healthcare resources is valued.
• Exceptional multitasking, strong communication and proactive problem solving.
• Reliable, detail-driven, and able to work independently toward daily targets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming communication channels with high-quality, professional support.
• Accurately capture caller data and maintain internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize resources.
• Assess caller needs and route inquiries to the right departments.
• Connect callers with community and social service resources.
• Document interactions and metrics meticulously in the database.
