Responsibilities

• Provide staffing for all shifts by developing and maintaining schedules.
• Determine minimum staffing requirements using unit staffing patterns.
• Maintain current personnel phone lists.
• Assist in daily staffing and communicate staffing issues.
• Schedule and post calendars for float per diem staff.
• Enter changes to schedules promptly.
• Assist in projects for patient care services.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling data.
• Assist in accurate payroll recording.
