Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, hardware, and office apps.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, printers).
• Experience with user accounts and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
• Set up workstations for new employees, including computers, monitors, peripherals, email accounts, and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (wired and wireless).
• Support Microsoft 365, email, shared drives, and collaboration tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, antivirus monitoring, and system health checks.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain and organize IT inventory and licenses.
• Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and third-party IT service providers.
• Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Ensure IT equipment functions in meeting rooms and offices.
• Follow company IT policies and confidentiality.
