Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain hardware and software for a high-volume hospitality environment. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices while delivering outstanding guest-focused service.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on IT support, familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory, plus a proactive approach to technology and problem solving in a fast-paced setting on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT support in a high-volume environment.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of PC workstations, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; document resolutions.
• Provide frontline IT support with timely customer service.
• Collaborate with team and escalate as needed.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
