Job summary

Invizio LLC is seeking a full‑time IT Technical Support specialist in Miami to assist clients with current business technology solutions. The role focuses on phone and on‑site support, ticket documentation, and hands‑on troubleshooting of Windows desktops, printers, and network devices.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in IT support, strong English communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Certifications like Network+ and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are preferred and obtainable

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of IT support and IT system management experience.
Excellent written and verbal business and technical communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to obtain required certifications within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone and remote tools, onsite as needed.
Document and manage help desk tickets with detailed notes.
Configure and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and network devices.
Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 and related applications.
Assist with security updates and user training materials.
