Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Field Site Administrator for our Los Angeles, CA location. This part-time onsite role (up to 20 hours/week) focuses on technical IT support for regional customers, handling Windows/Microsoft 365, AV systems, and network issues.

You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and servers, while managing incidents via a ticketing system and coordinating with multiple customer sites in California.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in related Information Technology positions.
• Experience resolving technical issues with Windows workstations and Microsoft 365, local network/VPN, printers and AV systems.
• Experience managing incidents with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior/executive staff.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in California up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support to resolve incidents with Windows, Microsoft 365, and AV equipment.
• Install and configure hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and AV gear.
• Manage and prioritize tickets from NYC and other regional locations, ensuring timely follow-up.
