Job summary

CodeMax Medical Billing is seeking a hands-on Tier 2 IT professional to own site IT operations at our Van Nuys office. The role covers on-site and remote support with a focus on Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and Intune/MDM deployment.

You will manage the ticketing system and assist with networking, printers, phones, and device setups. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years IT support experience, strong Windows and networking skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years IT Support experience.
• Proven experience in IT Support, network management or similar role.
• Strong Windows and networking skills.
• Microsoft 365 and Intune experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT support for Van Nuys site.
• Tier 2 on-site and remote support.
• Windows troubleshooting (limited macOS).
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ticketing system and RMM usage.
• Intune / MDM deployment support.
• Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Printer, phone, and device setup.
• Equipment ordering, pickups and setup.
• Lifting, carrying and installing equipment as needed.
