Job summary

Bonterra, a leading social impact technology provider, is hiring a part-time, seasonal on-site role supporting client events across multiple markets: Boston, Cleveland, Fort Wayne, Philadelphia, Richmond, Virginia Beach. You will manage OneCause technology on-site, coordinate with event staff, troubleshoot devices, and help maximize event revenue by following best practices.

Candidates should have 2+ years in-person customer service and be comfortable with web-based software and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using web-based software and smartphone technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site events by managing OneCause technology.
• Collaborate with Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software in real time and assist clients.
• Review client data and optimize software usage to maximize revenue.
