Job summary

Bonterra, through OneCause, is seeking a part-time, seasonal On-site Events Support team member to help manage OneCause technology at live fund-raising events.

This role is fully onsite and supports events in Boston, Cleveland, Fort Wayne, Philadelphia, Richmond, Virginia Beach and nearby markets. Travel within a 125-mile radius is required; you must be able to stand for long hours and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Pay is $25/hour upon successful training and certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using web-based software and smartphones.
• Basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting hardware (iPads/laptops).
• Exceptional communication skills across written, interpersonal, and public speaking.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Collaborate with Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Help manage OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Assist Event Manager with client expectations.
• Navigate and troubleshoot our software in real time.
• Review client auction and guest data and make necessary changes.
• Work with clients to maximize event revenue by following best practices.
