Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator for the New Jersey market. You will support onsite event setup, deliver excellent customer service, and help ensure a high-quality experience for clients and partner restaurants.

The role offers 20-25 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday 8AM-2PM, with pay between $20 and $22 per hour and benefits including PTO, 401k with company match, and growth opportunities within Fooda.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for Fooda events, including setup and tear-down, cleaning equipment, and site areas.
• Learn and apply Fooda technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues such as incorrect orders or late deliveries with customers onsite.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct audits of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed to keep operations informed.
