Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator for our New Jersey market to support events with onsite setup, teardown, and customer service. The role involves problem-solving, maintaining high-quality event standards, and learning Fooda’s technology and procedures.

You are customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Previous catering or serving experience is preferred, with a schedule of 8 AM–2 PM Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, and ensure quality customer experience.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or communication gaps.
• Provide real-time on-site customer service to promptly address concerns with customers.
