Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time, on-site events assistant in Kenilworth, NJ, to support Fooda’s lunch program on Fridays from 10 AM to 2 PM. You will help with setup, teardown, and maintenance of clean food service areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across Fooda locations powered by a network of partner restaurants.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site service and solving issues quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear-down, clean equipment and areas.
• Provide real-time on-site customer service and resolve issues with customers.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed to maintain quality.
• On-site schedule: Fridays 10 AM–2 PM.
