TriMark Digital is seeking a thoughtful Community Manager (Part-time) to oversee client online reputations across review sites and social channels from its Raleigh office. The role focuses on professional, empathetic responses and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields and be comfortable working on-site three days per week in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in community or reputation management.
• Strong writing, tone, and brand voice with professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer reviews and comments across Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, ConsumerAffairs, BBB, Yelp, Reddit.
• Monitor and reply to comments on client social channels.
• Write clear, on-brand responses that acknowledge feedback and resolve concerns where possible.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team members and provide monthly sentiment reporting.
