Job summary

Travel Media Group, part of Dominion Enterprises, seeks a Reputation Analyst in Maitland, FL for a hybrid schedule. You will monitor online reviews, craft responses, and provide insights to a broad hotel portfolio while coordinating with contract writers to ensure timely, quality replies.

Ideal candidates have strong writing, copywriting, and client-service experience, plus a background in hospitality-related customer support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in client support or guest relations preferred.
• Strong copywriting and content creation background.
• Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.
• Experience with technology and social media is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with English, Journalism or Communications focus.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day review monitoring and responses for hotel clients.
• Engage in weekly and monthly team activities and meetings.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity benchmarks to surpass SLAs.
• Provide timely analysis and reporting.
• Write and post responses on behalf of brands while adhering to brand standards.
• Audit accounts and perform admin tasks.
• Develop knowledge of Travel Media Group product offerings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support clients and prospects.
