Job summary

PayRange is seeking an Online Reputation Manager to lead our online reputation management, social listening, and digital community engagement efforts. This role will help shape how PayRange is perceived across social media, online communities, review platforms, and other digital channels.

You will monitor conversations, engage with customers and stakeholders, identify trends, and ensure feedback reaches teams that can act on it.

Qualifications

• Experience in online reputation management, social media engagement, and customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor tone for different audiences.
• Ability to translate online feedback into actionable insights and strategy.
• Experience preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conversations about PayRange across social and online channels.
• Engage with customers in a timely, empathetic, and brand-aligned manner.
• Develop and maintain reputation guidelines, escalation procedures, and crisis playbooks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, and leadership.
• Produce regular Voice of the Customer reports and insights for teams.
• Support content strategy with audience insights and emerging themes.
