Job summary

Blink Health is hiring a part-time, on-site Customer Service role in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh. You will handle inbound calls from patients, doctors, and insurers and support pharma programs with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Strong communication and technical skills are essential, as is the ability to learn new software and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
• Healthcare, pharmacy or relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound analytical ability and good judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers.
• Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams.
• Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
• Document all call information and data according to procedures.
• Use Knowledge Base materials to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Participate in continued education on product changes and launches.
• Share feedback to improve product, materials and processes.
