Blink Health is seeking a Patient Support Specialist at our on-site Robinson Township, Pittsburgh office. You will guide patients through enrollment, resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability, and provide support across phone, email, and chat.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, are curious and proactive, and can learn quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Training is provided; on-site schedule includes evenings and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• We provide comprehensive training to new hires.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment.
• Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
• Serve as a central point between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Document all interactions and key insights to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
