The role emphasizes patient care, confidentiality, and ongoing learning about product changes and new features. We value strong verbal and written communication, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and prior healthcare or call center experience to meet performance targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
• Healthcare, pharmacy or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers.
• Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams.
• Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
• Document all call information and data according to procedures.
• Utilize Knowledge Base materials to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Learn company security and privacy practices.
• Participate in continued education on product changes and launches.
• Share feedback with management to improve product and processes.
