Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for an on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will guide patients through enrollment, resolve insurance or affordability barriers, and support via phone, email, and chat.

This is a fast-paced, patient-centric position with opportunities to grow within the team. You will collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure smooth prescription access, maintain HIPAA compliance, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or other customer-facing environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and comfort with technology

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients via phone, email, and chat to guide enrollment and prescription fulfillment
• Conduct outbound outreach to assist patients in completing steps in their prescription journey
• Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams and document interactions
