Job summary

Grainger is seeking a part-time On-Site Service Representative for the West Wareham, MA area. The role involves servicing multiple customer locations, stocking products, and driving customer loyalty through proactive inventory management and service excellence.

The position emphasizes route adherence, collaboration with sales partners, and identifying opportunities to expand Grainger offerings on site. Must have 3 years of service or selling experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations and maintain inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty and promote satisfaction.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
