Job summary

Tutored by Teachers (TbT) is seeking a Ground Support Contractor to ensure tutoring sessions run smoothly in classrooms. You’ll help students log in, troubleshoot tech issues, and support classroom logistics onsite.

Ideal candidates have classroom teaching experience, strong tech skills with Chromebooks/iPads, and dependable, collaborative communication. On-site work at Louisiana schools during school hours.

Qualifications

• Former classroom teacher or classroom experience.
• Strong tech skills and the ability to troubleshoot Chromebook and iPad issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Willing to work on-site at schools in the Shreveport, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and/or Farmerville areas during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform setup or use.
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
• Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues.
• Communicate regularly with TbT Partner Success Managers to keep them updated on engagements.
