Ideal candidates have classroom teaching experience, strong tech skills with Chromebooks and iPads, and familiarity with Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Travel to Shreveport, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Farmerville is required during school hours.

Qualifications

• Former classroom teacher or classroom experience.
• Strong tech skills with Chromebooks and iPads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at multiple schools.
• Reliable and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support students logging into Tutored by Teachers.
• Troubleshoot platform setup or usage issues.
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers.
• Collaborate with school staff on tech and classroom logistics.
• Communicate updates to Partner Success Managers.
• Ensure classroom devices are functional and ready.
