Tutored by Teachers is seeking a Ground Support Contractor to keep tutoring sessions running smoothly inside classrooms. You’ll help students log in, troubleshoot on-site tech, and coordinate with teachers and TbT staff at Los Angeles-area schools.

This is a part-time, on-site role requiring a dependable, tech-savvy individual who can travel to multiple school sites during the school year.

Qualifications

• Former classroom teacher or classroom experience.
• Strong technology skills and troubleshooting ability, especially with Chromebooks and iPads.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meets.
• Dependable and effective communicator in school environments.
• Willing to work on-site at Los Angeles, CA schools during school hours.
• Must have access to a car and be able to travel to school sites independently.
• Passionate about education.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with logging into Tutored by Teachers platform.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues during sessions.
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers.
• Collaborate with school staff to address technology or classroom issues.
• Communicate with Partner Success Managers about engagement status.
• Ensure classroom devices (laptops/tablets) are functional and ready.
