Job summary

Tutored by Teachers is seeking a part-time Ground Support Contractor to assist in classrooms across Louisiana. You will help students log into the TbT platform, troubleshoot devices, and support teachers with on-site tech needs.

Ideal candidates are former teachers with strong tech skills, comfortable traveling to Shreveport, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Farmerville schools during school hours.

Qualifications

• Former classroom teacher or classroom experience.
• Strong tech skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently, especially with Chromebooks and iPads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
• Willing to travel to multiple schools in LA area; on-site work during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers.
• Troubleshoot platform setup or use issues.
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers.
• Collaborate with school staff to address tech or classroom issues.
• Communicate with Tutored by Teachers Partner Success Managers.
• Ensure classroom technology is functional and ready for use.
