Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support on-site warehouse operations. You’ll assist with driver check-in, door assignments, and processing BOLs for customers.

The role includes updating CAM records, handling inbound/outbound paperwork, and performing general office duties. Prior office experience and proficiency with Word/Excel are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in all incoming/outgoing drivers; call warehouse to confirm door assignment.
• Prepare unloading tallys for warehouse to receive.
• Close out drivers; add arrival and depart times in CAM.
• Close outbound shipments; send all BOLs to customer.
• Close inbound orders; send all inbound paperwork to drivers.
• Adjust receiving tickets for the dock; perform additional office duties as needed.
