Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring a Virtual Block Specialist I to support live auction operations on-site at a Cox location. You’ll track bids, verify vehicle and customer data, and process transactions in real time as part of a fast-paced auction team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, typically less than 2 years of experience, and prefer experience in auctions or automotive settings. On-site role with day shift; benefits and additional compensation possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typically, less than 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts, customer data, sold units and sale lights using the AS400 system.
• Partner with the auctioneer virtually to confirm vehicle and sale information is accurate.
• Verify run orders to ensure the correct vehicles are being processed and sold.
• Monitor Simulcast activity and communicate live updates with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration notes and other key vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer during the sales.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
