Qualifications

• Meets local age and license requirements
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Health and Safety Knowledge: basic injury and crash prevention
• Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Knowledge: basic understanding of compliance agencies or governing bodies
• Small Package Operations Knowledge: basic knowledge of processes, tools, and tech in package operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of service providers to ensure safe, timely, and professional package delivery.
• Utilize Orion, PAS, Telematics and related systems to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
• Communicate with customers to respond to service concerns, build relationships, and determine solutions meeting business goals.
• Document and complete administrative tasks (performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) to support dispatch planning and center operations.
• Identify and forward volume development opportunities to management for follow-up.
