Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time supervisor to lead on-road teams and ensure safe, timely package delivery. The role emphasizes implementing efficient work plans, monitoring costs, and enforcing company policies.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work, and possess DOT certification with the ability to pass a physical and driving test. Relocation may be required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be located in the same geographic location or willing to relocate.
• DOT certification required and able to pass a physical exam and driving test.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years UPS experience if current UPS employee.

Responsibilities

• Manages and works with on-road employees to maximize efficiency and ensure safe, timely deliveries while tracking performance.
• Develops and implements work processes to improve efficiency and monitor costs.
• Applies policy knowledge to operations and resolves issues to achieve business objectives.
• Conducts risk management and safety audits and ensures a health and safety plan is in place.
• Coaches and develops others through career development processes.
