John V Schultz Furniture is hiring a Part Time Office Associate at our Erie, PA showroom. You will input sales and order data into the Storis system, verify details, and process documents and payments accurately.

You will handle a high volume of inquiries, support store staff, and maintain orderly files while upholding corporate guidelines. Previous clerical experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Ability to process orders, payments, and paperwork accurately.
• Experience with Storis, RingCentral, and related systems preferred.

• Enter sales transactions and orders into Storis accurately.
• Verify order details and correct discrepancies.
• Process cash balances, deliveries, sales, and service orders per guidelines.
