• Handle inquiries through multiple channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax).
• Meet or exceed service quality and accuracy standards.
• Process credit applications and financing paperwork.
• Communicate with internal/external staff professionally.
• Maintain accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
